I can't stand USC. They play creampuffs all year, and look spectacular because of it. That is why most people away from the west coast can't stand them. If Florida State had an easy schedule like them, they would be number 1 every year, as would most South/Eastern teams. VT gave them such a stiff test, and they aren't even in the top 25. We real teams have to constantly play teams in the top 25 week in and week out. And it is different than playing a top 25 team once every 4-5 weeks and playing scrub teams in between, teams in real conferences have to play a good team every week. That takes a lot out of you.
LSU was last year's national champion. USC should have got a novelty trophy or something. _________________ They call me tha boat, cause I rock..

I don't think USC should've gotten a share of the national title last year. I think ti should've been LSU's and LSU's only. And they didn't look spectacular against Va Tech last night. I promise you all they'll get beat by one of these 3 teams. Maybe 2. Oregon, Oregon State, or California.
I think too many people are writing off LSU this year. I'm not a LSU fan but it seems to me they still got the best team. My sleeper for this year is Minnesota. They won 10 games last year for the first time in 98 years, and they've got a heck of a running game. A non BCS conference team that stands the best chance at getting an at large in a BCS game is TCU. Now they've got a hell of a running game. Hobbs got hurt at the beginning of the year last year and they had a break out freshman who ran for over 1,000 yards. I expect them to win conference USA pretty easily.
Worried about my Cornhuskers though. _________________ MLB - St. Louis Cardinals: 2004 National League Champs

Oh man! Oregon State almost had the upset!
3 missed extra points by the Beavers' Alexis Serna.
#3 LSU 22, Oregon State 21 in Overtime.
Oregon State led most of this game too. |

Oh man! Florida got screwed!
Tennessee 30, Florida 28.
I don't know what the ref was looking at, calling that unsportsmanlike conduct penalty. Both Chris Baker (I think that's the name of the Florida Wide Receiver) and the other guy hit each other. I would have given it a "no flag". |

Isn't it amazing how many times the SEC refs screw Florida over? (see FSU game last year too) _________________ Indians: 15-19
