Any thoughts on this year's draft?

I wass particularly happy that Detroit picked up Howard.

The Rangers picked up some local NY guy who went to Dartmouth. I guarantee he'll be traded for some overpaid veteran in a few years...

Maybe he'll be different. At least we had a first-rounder this time.

Didn't realize there was that much US talent out there.

Wedge has so much confidence in the Rangers.....

I guess I'll see Howard at the Wings training camp in a few months.

Not likely. Howards wa a freshman last year. He's not gonna play pro yet.

Most college draft picks are freshmen/sophmores, and they finish their 4 years of college before goin pro.

Besides, most teams dont want cocky 18 year old players on their team. They want slightly older and more experinced players.
