Who really deserves to be the number one seeds in the tournament? Heres what i think:
1.Kentucky-well they are and they should be. They've played great basketball this year with alot of guys stepping up and doing great.
2.Oklahoma State-St.Joes ended up with the #1 seed but i dont think they should be. Oklahoma State blew out everyone in the Big 12 tournament and look at St.Joes who got beat badly by Xavier. Ok.State only has a coupe more loses than St.Joes and plus, Ok.State has a tougher conference. I think St.Joes should ahve dropped to #3 and Pitt #2
3.Duke-I really though that Mississippt State should have been one but Duke i think was a good choice. They have had one of the toughest schedules and have played so greatly. They beat a very tough Texas team with lots of depth early this season by 28 and they almost got the ACC championship if it wasnt for Maryland.
4.Stanford-Yes nice pick as #1. Im really no fan of them but they've had a great season. UConnhas a pretty good argument i think but Stanford came out with the #1 seed.
I geuss the only one i had a problem with is St.Joes but we will see how the tournament unfolds and the outcome. I dont see St.Joes coming out of the 2nd round. they might suffer a loss to Charlotte if they make it that far, if they win they will suffer a loss to Wake Forest. |

i like the #1's they picked i am going to have to say that st. joes was deserving, they went the whole regular season without a loss. _________________ God created the earth in 6 days. If they continue to shoot well like they did in their first round win over Liberty, they could go far...if not, the lack of big men will do them in _________________ INDIANS....Finally the season has ended

| Well I've got St.Joes over Tech. Then i have Wake Forest over St.Joes. Im taking Wake over StJoes because Wake's got the guards that can compete with Nelson and West. They've got Grey. the freshman sensation Chris Paul, Downey, Strickland, and others. Also, St.Joes doesnt have a good big man down low and Wake has Williams, Levy, Daneluis(sp?), and i hope Visser will step up and have a good game. I hope also that Williams can stay out of foul trouble, he always gets in foul trouble. |

With St. Joe's loss to Ok. State today, that makes three #1 seeds eliminated. Stanford, Kentucky and now St. Joes.
That leaves Duke who has Xavier tomorrow afternoon. I don't know. I think Xavier can give them a game. |
